Return Policy 30 day return policy on all items except those that are custom made. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Custom made items are non-returnable. These items include sweaters, personalized rugs, and handpainted items. For items that are damaged or broken in shipping, notification of such is required within seven days of delivery for return authorization. These items will either be replaced or the customer given a refund or store credit as desired.
